Originally, Ann was trained as a teacher and taught Chinese as a foreign language in Thailand after her university education. Following her passion of world travel, Ann decided to move to Canada and become a Registered Massage Therapist. Ann worked for 3 years as an RMT, in a busy clinic in east end of Ottawa, where she treated a variety of different patient’s ranging from; motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, repetitive strains, general muscle tension and mental stress.

As a native Chinese who grew up witnessing her grandmother doing acupuncture for villagers, she was always fascinated by Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her interest resulted in a move to Toronto where she successfully completed her designation as a Registered Acupuncturist from the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Ann has now moved back to Ottawa ready to help her patients from a holistic perspective and by combining massage therapy techniques and acupuncture.
